ICF New Jersey Coach Connect - November 2025
Highlights from the Annual Meeting
ICF New Jersey Members,
On November 5, the Chapter's Annual Meeting gave us a moment to look back and celebrate at a year filled with growth and service. The meeting focused on appreciation, updates and the volunteers who helped move the chapter forward to make sure every member knows what happened behind the scenes.
We were reminded that the whole point was simple. Celebrate what we built together and make sure every member knows what happened behind the scenes. From member-led events to credentialing milestones and the work of our IDEAS and Strategic Partnerships committees, this year showed the power of coaches coming together with purpose and acts of kindness.
Thank you to everyone who volunteered, showed up, supported each other, and helped move this chapter forward.

Stay connected for what's coming next.
Warmly,
Kelli Kombat

Coachesgiving 2025: You Showed Up Big
ICF New Jersey, you did it again!
Our CoachesGiving 2025 celebration reminded me of what happens when we come together as a community. More than 70 attendees gathered at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Bridgewater (Somerset County) to wrap up a season of transformation, relationship building, and collective impact of coaching in the communities we serve. We hugged. We laughed. We talked a lot. We shared a meal and created moments of gratitude.
You brought the energy, your whole hearts, and food donations that went beyond expectations. Thank you for showing up with kindness.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Plus, the decorated tables, floral centerpieces, and a choice of books to take home was a nice touch. Ah, and the giveaways? Complimentary coaching, resources in self-care, professional development, great reads.
A huge shoutout to Co-VPs of Chapter Programming Dana Lynn Bernstein and Carmela O’Flaherty, organizer Beth Renga, and the Chapter Programs team for their time, efforts and care making the occasion special. Thanks to Kathleen Ochab and Beth who kept the pace of the night flowing, informal and engaging as emcees!
Appreciation to our members, volunteers and leaders who contributed to the ICF New Jersey 2025 season of transformation!
What was your favorite Coachesgiving moments? For me, it felt good to be with my tribe outside of those Zoom panels!
Cheers!
