Webinar Title: ICF New Jersey Core Competency Overview
Learning and developing coaching competencies are foundational for a coach. On the surface, it demonstrates respect for the work and professionalism. More importantly, it demonstrates both self-respect and respect for your client. However, the ICF competencies may feel overwhelming, distant, and disconnected, while also appearing as subject to many possible interpretations. Please watch this video as we demystify the ICF core competencies beyond the theory.

If you have an ACC, PCC, or MCC accreditation, you are required to have 40 CCE units every three years to maintain your accreditation. ICF New Jersey offers an average of 60 CCE units every year with our Chapter programs. Earn your CCE units and network with your coach community. Webinar Title: The Art of Giving Up the Need to Know: Expand Your Listening Presence & Your Curiosity
Webinar Date: April 2, 2020
Presented by: Lerae Gydik, MCC
If you were not able to attend our April 2nd webinar on "The Art of Giving Up the Need to Know: Expand Your Listening Presence & Your Curiosity?," you can listen to a recording of the webinar by clicking the link below. During this hour, we dive deeply into what it means to give up the need to “know” and learn tips that will expand our listening presence and curiosity. The key to unlocking powerful questioning as one of our coaching superpowers is to deepen your capacity to listen.
This webinar is for coaches who:
- Want to strengthen both their questioning and listening skills.
- Want to expand their capacity to be present and to quiet their busy minds and their “expertness” while coaching.
- Are preparing for their first ICF credential (ACC, PCC or MCC).
- Are re-certifying their current ICF credential.

Webinar Title: ICF Credentialing – Value, Clarity, Action
Webinar Date: April 23, 2019
Presented by:
Pamela Richarde, MCC. A Master Certified Coach (MCC), as well as a Professional Mentor Coach, Pamela is also a founding member of the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO) and a past President of the International Coach Federation.
Obtaining your coach certification with the ICF shows potential clients your commitment to the coaching profession and builds your industry-wide credibility. We now know that 84% of clients value certification as a professional standard of quality assurance; credentialed coaches have higher income than non-credentialed coaches; and clients who work with credentialed coaches report better satisfaction and are more likely to recommend their coach to others.
The focus of this workshop is to help you navigate through the credentialing process. It’s designed to help the participants to not only understand the ICF’s requirements and next steps to attain their credentials, but also to develop action steps to accelerate forward progress.
- What is necessary to attain your ICF credential?
- What practical steps must you take to move closer to getting your credential?
- What are the differences between ACC, PCC, MCC?
- Is it really necessary to work with a Mentor Coach? What are the requirements and how to best select one?
