- We're looking for a creative communicator and passionate advocate for coaching to serve as our Vice President, Marketing & Communications.

This role serves as a potential pathway to Presidential leadership within the Board
What/How:

Spread the Word About Coaching
– Craft and share press releases to highlight coaching events and Chapter news
– Connect with media outlets (TV, newspapers, business journals, local news) to generate PR opportunities
– Leverage key events like International Coaching Week to boost public awareness -
Lead Social Media Strategy
– Create and schedule weekly posts on Facebook and LinkedIn
– Manage and engage members in private social media groups
– Promote Chapter events and member stories through digital platforms -
Foster Strategic Partnerships
– Represent ICF New Jersey in outreach and community building -
Champion Inclusion
– Promote IDEAS values (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Solidarity) through all communications and team leadership
Required:
- ICF New Jersey member in good standing
- Background in marketing, public relations, or communications
- Nominated by the Board Nominations Committee, elected by Chapter members, and confirmed by the Board
