Sangita Dutta
I’m an ICF-Certified Life & Mental Health Coach, Level 2 Master Coach, and Certified Executive Coach with over two decades of experience operating at the intersection of strategy, finance, technology, operations, and product across global enterprises including Verizon, RBC Capital Markets, CIT Group, and UBS. I’ve built finance and operations teams from the ground up, led M&A integration on multi-billion-dollar deals, and managed portfolios exceeding $30B, all while holding an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a PMP certification. That combination of P&L ownership, large-scale transformation, and fiscal discipline is exactly what I bring to stewarding the ICF New Jersey Chapter's financial health, paired with a deep commitment to empathy-driven coaching rooted in behavioral science, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and positive intelligence.
After years of prioritizing others' growth inside the corporate world, including a career-long reputation for developing and promoting the people around me, I’ve made the leap into coaching to do that work more directly and intentionally. As the founder and CEO of Bodhi-Verse, a 2025 Global Female Leader of the Year in Telecommunications, a PhD candidate in Management, and an instructor teaching leadership to underserved students globally, I don’t just support the mission of the International Coaching Federation, I live it.
Now I’m honored to bring that same heart, accountability, and intentionality to my role as Treasurer on the Board and the Executive Committee. Furthermore, I’m excited to bring my experience as Group Leader for the Executive & Leadership Community Group starting Friday, August 21, 2026; 12:00pm-1:00pm ET.
I've always loved watching people flourish, but what really drives me is helping them uncover their true potential and step into a deeper sense of their own consciousness. I've built a career around growing and promoting people, and during COVID, that instinct became the center of my thinking. That's when I decided to pursue certification. I'm now a certified Executive Coach, Life Coach, and Mental Health Coach, and I still find nothing more rewarding than watching that light come on in someone, especially in women.
"The mind is everything. What you think you become." — Buddha
I trained at the iNLP Center, where I'm certified in NLP-based Life and Executive Coaching, as well as Internal Family Systems-based Mental Health Coaching.
Watching people bring out their own light and define success on their own terms, then achieve it.
I want to keep growing until any technique I use becomes second nature, so the coaching itself disappears and all that's left is presence with the client.
I meditate, read, and keep actively expanding what I know.
I read widely and deliberately, across Eastern philosophy, consciousness studies, psychology, meditation, executive leadership, technology, and health. I try to let all of those disciplines cross-pollinate rather than staying in just one lane.
I've started weaving AI into my practice, primarily for research and organizing my work, so I can spend more of my energy where it matters most: with my clients.
I love to travel. I recently visited Alaska and was moved by the landscape and Native history there. More broadly, I'm committed to continuous growth, always evolving as a human being, because I think that's the same work I ask of my clients.
As the Chapter Treasurer and the new volunteer group leader for the Executive & Leadership Community Group, I want to expand my coaching network, connect with other coaches and members, and understand ICF's mission and vision more deeply, so I could extend that same goodness to others.
Meet Sangita on Friday, August 21 at 12:00 PM ET for her introductory Executive & Leadership Community Group session.
Let’s engage, celebrate, and get involved in shaping our chapter’s future. – ICF New Jersey Community Networking
