New Member Program: Leveraging Your Investment

Design your Coaching Experience: New Member
Coach Planning Program - 5 Sessions

How are you going to leverage your investment and your time? Only you can direct both and we want to help you. We have crafted a series of exchanges that will help you:

• Gain clarity on your direction and how to leverage ICF NJ and ICF global programs and network.
• Meet others and exchange ideas and actions
• Be inspired and be inspiring to your peers
• Make sure you start the year with forward momentum.

The program is designed to handle five topics throughout the year. Each one is interdependent and independent of the others. We suggest you calendar all of the meeting dates. Being present and involved is the best way to leverage your investment. If you can’t, the recording will be available for you to review if you are a registered member of the program.

Session 1: What do I desire? What do I need? Getting a handle on the direction and the Market Possibilities, Opportunities, Vision Scenarios, Wayfinding, Goals and Actions

Community Groups

ICF NJ Community Groups are always a wonderful way to network, learn, and gain support from other coaches.

The news this month is that Regan Elliott has stepped down as co-leader of our ICF NJ Personal, Life, and Career Community Group. She moved out of state this past year, but we hope she will still stay connected with us! We want to thank Regan for leading this group for so many years, and sharing her wisdom, humor, and support. We wish her all the best as she moves on to other endeavors. Rob Imperato is still leading the group, and would like a new co-leader. Having gotten to know Rob over the last year, he is a delight to work with. This is a great group and not a heavy lift to co-lead. The group meets the second Tuesday of every month from 11 am-12:00 pm.

If you are interested in co-leading the ICF NJ Personal, Life, and Career Community Group, we’d love for you to step up and volunteer! Please contact me at [email protected].

Remember, you can attend as many ICF NJ Community Group meetings as your calendar allows – they are always chock full of great discussions to help move your coaching knowledge and practices forward!

I Miss the Beach . . . Avoiding Burnout in 2021

We are approaching one year in virtual mode. We’ve pivoted. We have and are applying for our PPP loans. We’ve shifted our meetings to Zoom. We’ve become comfortable with working largely remotely. We’ve turned our dining rooms into classrooms. We’ve done what we can to make sure our team members have what they need and are okay.

Working remotely is great, right?

But wait, am I the only one who’s feeling a little burnt out? Am I the only one who is NOT working with toes in sand this winter? Let me share with you a few ways that I’ve been avoiding burnout and helping my clients to do the same.
