Voice of Inclusion Book Club Discussion
    The Conversation by Robert Livingston

    • Do you want to have deeper conversations with coaching colleagues about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I)?
    • Do you like discussing a book with others to get different perspectives?

If so, please join us for ICF New Jersey’s Voice of Inclusion Book Club Discussion on The Conversation by Robert Livingston.

The Conversation (12 chapters) – “This book provides a compass for all those seeking to begin the work of anti-racism. In The Conversation, Robert Livingston addresses three simple but profound questions: What is racism? Why should everyone be more concerned about it? What can we do to eradicate it?”

During this three-part webinar series, we will discuss the book in parts – four chapters for each webinar. We will meet for one hour on Wednesdays, April 28, May 26, and June 23, from 7:00 – 8:00 pm (EDT).

Our discussion in the webinar series will be guided by Willa Edgerton-Chisler, Board Member-at-Large, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), who leads ICF New Jersey’s DE&I focus, as well as members of her committee.

ICF New Jersey has made a commitment to amplify the conversation on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This Voice of Inclusion Book Club is part of that effort. For 2021, we will be discussing two books, The Conversation and Biased. To invest in this effort, when you register for either book club discussion series, the fee is $10 for members and $15 for non-members, and you will receive a $20 Amazon gift card to buy the book in whatever format you prefer. You will need to register separately for each Book Club discusssion. The sooner you register for the Book Club, the faster we can send a gift card to you by email.

We look forward to you joining us for this important conversation!
