    Then join ICF-NJ for a Virtual Coaching Practicum
    Facilitated by: Educational & Professional Development Team with guest coach Mark Schall, PCC

    We are excited to offer this opportunity to discuss and demonstrate the Art and Skill of Great Coaching.

    The schedule for the Coaching Practicum includes both large group and breakout group activities:

    • 20-Minutes of live coaching by Mark Schall, PCC observed by everyone attending.
    • 40-Minutes of coaching in pairs in virtual breakout rooms with each person in the pair having 15-minutes to coach and 5-minutes each for a debrief.
    • There will be a general debrief after the coaching is finished to hear lessons learned, insights achieved and questions uncovered.

    In preparation for the practicum, each registrant will receive a one-page document with some questions to consider as you prepare to be both a coach and a client during the pair coaching section.

    We look forward to you joining us as we start 2019 and sharpen our coaching skills.

    Guest Coach Bio – Mark Schall, MA, PCC, ELI-MP

    Mark is a Certified Professional Coach trained at iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). He is dedicated to assisting people achieve their highest possible level of excellence and effectiveness. He is a recognized expert coach, motivational speaker, facilitator and educator specializing in human potential and interpersonal communications.

    Mark is a Lead Instructor for iPEC and has trained close to 1500 certified coaches around the globe including the US, Canada and Europe. He has worked with clients from Toys 'R' Us, GAP Inc., American Express, Mass Mutual Financial, Lutron Electronics, Kraft Foods, NASA, Bristol Myers-Squibb, the US Department of Health & Human Services and the US Department of Defense. His clients report having achieved several critical accomplishments in their lives from getting a promotion, changing careers, or starting a business, to improving/saving a failing relationship, and enhancing communication with children and family.
