    “Mindset Reset”

    • Do you feel like you are not achieving all the goals that you set for yourself?
    • Do you wonder sometimes why you can’t keep commitments to yourself?
    • Would it be helpful to understand the neuroscience of mindset?

Join us for this introductory webinar on the power of mindset. You will learn what mindset is and what helps you to change your mindset so that it works for you. We will challenge our understanding of mindset and learn how to utilize the power of positive intelligence and neuroplasticity as tools to better our outcomes as coaches and individuals. Learning how to utilize these tools can create a long-term foundation for making more sustainable changes.

Our presenter, Giovana Hudson, MA, ACC, has been trained in neuroscience and positive psychology, and she believes the learning from these topics needs to be incorporated into any change for it to be sustainable.

    You will learn:

    • How neuroplasticity aids us in the power to make sustainable changes by identifying saboteurs and creating new patterns.
    • How to acknowledge behavior before it happens creating new opportunities.
    • A body focus and visualization exercise to learn to refocus.

This offering will be in two parts:

    1. The free introductory webinar, AND
    2. Five consecutive days of mindset practice from January 4–8, 2020. The week includes a daily 10– to 20-minute check in, and an accountability partner. There will be a registration fee for the second part of the offering.
