“Virtual Coaching Conversations: Collectively learning from each other’s experiences and insights”

These are interesting times. Minute by minute changes around us are calling us to shift how we live, how we work, and ways to be (or not be) with each other. As we navigate the immediacy of these changes, we are also called to adjust how we meet our coaching clients’ needs all the while maintaining the promised intimacy and focus we hold as sacred in our work.

During this free webinar, we invite you to connect as a collective by bringing your knowledge and wisdom into conversation with each other to share experiences and insights, learn from each other, be in support of each other, and take away new ideas all in service of deepening our virtual coaching experience.

The session will be led by Lynn Schaber, Elias Scultori, and Renee Charney.

This free webinar is an opportunity for coaches to:

    • Share experiences and lessons-learned when coaching using virtual modalities (phone, Zoom, etc.)
      • What excites you about virtual coaching? What might give you angst about it?
      • What works well (www) and What could be even better if (ebi)
    • Explore best practices and dispel myths about coaching virtually
      • What to prepare for and what “live,” face-to-face skills can be optimized during a virtual session
      • Somatic coaching virtually? Absolutely!
    • Practice using Zoom breakout rooms to coach each other
