ICF NJ is excited to offer a FREE Introductory Webinar

“The Art of Giving Up the Need to Know:
Expand Your Listening Presence & Your Curiosity”

The session will be led by Lerae Gydik, MCC.

    This program is for Coaches:

    • Who want to strengthen both their questioning and listening skills
    • Who want to expand their capacity to be present and to quiet their busy minds and their “expertness” while coaching
    • Coaches preparing for their first ICF credential (ACC, PCC or MCC).
    • Coaches re-certifying their current ICF credential

In this session we are going to take two core competencies - Active Listening and Powerful Questioning - and turn them into your coaching SUPER POWERS! Lerae knows from experience that we are great listeners and we are skilled at asking questions. We wouldn’t be coaches if we weren’t! Often, however, our need to know or our busy minds stand in our way of showing up as being in service to what our clients need us to be – deeply listening, present, and curious. We often get in our own way of being our best selves.

During this hour, we will dive deeply into what it means to give up the need to “know” and learn tips that will expand our listening presence and curiosity. The key to unlocking powerful questioning as one of our coaching superpowers is to deepen your capacity to listen.

This April 2nd webinar will serve as an introduction to Lerae’s upcoming May to June, four-week webinar series, “Coaching with Impact and Ease: If You’re Working Too Hard, You’re Not Coaching! where the COACH ME Model will be explored with an emphasis on Establishing the Coaching Agreement. During her four-week experiential course, you will have the opportunity to interact with the model through observing a coaching demonstration, practicing with your peers, and receiving feedback. You will also develop insight into the mindset necessary for increasing proficiency in establishing the coaching agreement.
