    “Foundations, Our Group Mentor Coaching Series”
    Developing your Coaching Skills and Effectiveness

    All sessions will be facilitated by Elias Scultori, PCC, or Marian Janes, PCC, both ICF-registered mentor coaches.

    Do You Want To:

    • Obtain mentor coach hours towards applying for or renewing your ACC or PCC credential?

    • Grow your understanding and application of the coaching competencies, including the Updated Model?

    • Up-level your capability as a coach?

    • Earn 9 Core Competencies CCEUs?

    This program is designed to accomplish all this and more as it provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in ongoing coaching practice and feedback.

    ICF NJ is offering this Mentor Coaching program for coaches who are committed to achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by your desired credential level, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.

    Learning will take place within small group cohorts, to provide a collaborative experience alongside other like-minded coaches looking to cultivate their personal growth. The six sessions will be conducted via Zoom video conference, over a three-month period. Each group session will be 90 minutes long.

    Program Participants Will Gain the Following Benefits:

    • Learn alongside other coaches looking to increase their effectiveness
    • Practice coaching others in the group
    • Receive feedback and recommendations from mentor coach
    • Learn through observation of different coaching styles
    • Apply lessons learned in a safe and supportive environment

    Note: This program provides seven group mentor coaching hours. Those seeking 10 mentor coach hours for credentialing or renewal will need to arrange an additional three hours of personal one-on-one coaching and feedback with a mentor coach.

    In order to register, you will need to complete an application form. Once the form is reviewed, you will be sent a code to use during registration.

    Groups will have a minimum of six and a maximum of 10 participants.
    If there is more interest, ICF NJ will arrange for additional groups.

    Early Bird Pricing until February 24
    ICF Members - $450
    Non-members - $550

    Pricing starting February 25
    ICF Members – $500
    Non-members - $600

    CCEUs: A total of 9 CCEUs in Core Competencies for this series – 1.5 per class (pending approval by ICF). To obtain CCEUs for the online classes, you must attend the live session.

    Speaker’s Bio:

    Elias Scultori, PCC, MM, is an ICF-certified personal and professional coach with more than 13 years of experience in the field. He holds faculty positions at three ACTP schools including CoachU (a pioneer school in the coaching profession) and CoachingOutOfTheBox in Canada, where he has the opportunity to work with new coaches from around the world, supporting them in their path of certification with the ICF.

    Elias is a specialist in the ICF Core Competencies. He is a registered mentor coach with the ICF and a member of the ICF assessors’ community where he received his training on the PCC Markers.

    Besides his faculty and mentor coaching activities, Elias is a Leadership & Diversity coach working with both individuals and organizations, supporting them on identifying value and strategies to overcome inequality, so they can become more authentic leaders in their lives, communities, and organizations.

    Marian Janes, ICF PCC and registered ICF Mentor Coach, is passionate about the potential that coaching has on positively impacting the world and is motivated by the potential of igniting the sparks that will enable new and existing coaches to ignite growth and hope in others.

    Marian possesses an innate ability to help people discover and apply their core potential and make progress towards their vision by considering possibilities in their lives and connecting with opportunity amidst ongoing change and uncertainty.

    As a learning innovator and head of a corporate university for 25 years, Marian cultivated the knowledge and skills needed to help others grow. Her background in learning and development has enabled Marian to synthesize information and knowledge to make it applicable and practical in the real world.

    Although this position afforded Marian the opportunity to engage in thousands of conversations with a variety of people from executive leaders to frontline workers, she never experienced the sheer power and value of a good coaching conversation and its impact on changing lives by producing sustainable results.

    Marian has had the distinct privilege to work with hundreds of coach candidates in a recognized ICF ACTP education program.
