    For a panel discussion facilitated by Sharon Lipovsky on:

    “Coaching Inside an Organization – How to Get In and Drive Impact”

    We are looking forward to a lively discussion with our panel as we take a “look behind the curtain” and understand what factors the people in organizations consider when hiring a coach to work for an employee, team or group inside their company.

    • Learn about what is important to those that hire coaches and what framework or criteria they use in considering what coach to hire;
    • Learn more about the needs of the organization and who do they typically hire coaches for and what areas are often the focus of coaching; and
    • Hear more about what the expected return on investment (ROI) is that organizations want to get.

    In addition, we will discuss:

    • Contracting with an organization
    • How to measure impact
    • Managing multiple stakeholders
