    Discovering Your Competitive Edge:
Sharing What Makes You Uniquely You in a Compelling Way

There are a lot of things that us coaches have in common. We want to support, transform and make a positive impact. But those are not the things that make us stand out to our clients. It is the things that make us special and different from others that will
    stand out.

In this program, we will explore what makes us and our offer unique. And we’ll practice live how to speak and communicate this offer in a compelling and authentic way, including the following formats:

    • In a coach interview
    • In our bios
    • In an elevator pitch
    • through the things we share and present

    You will discover:

    1. What makes you and your offer unique
    2. An updated approach to the coach interview process
    3. A short statement for how to describe who you are and what you do
    4. How to revise your bio

    Event Schedule:
    5:30 – 6:00 Networking
    6:00 – 6:30 Dinner
    6:30 – 8:00 Presentation

120 Eagle Rock Avenue, East Hanover, NJ

This property is a business complex with multiple buildings. Building 120 is at the back far right of the business complex. Follow signs for KESSLER.

As you enter the 120 Building parking lot, head straight for the building and park by the first entrance you come to. You will see several Cyprus trees and an outdoor patio with pond to the left of the building.

The entrance closest to that patio is the entrance you want. Look for an ICF sign. Enter the building and look for an ICF sign. The Café double glass doors are immediately to your left.

    Meet our presenter:

Sharon Lipovsky’s personal mission is to banish the world of limiting mindsets and beliefs, and empower individuals and organizations to both see what they really want and understand that it is possible.

She founded Point Road Studios to bring this conviction to life for organizations, communities and individuals. With imagination, motivation and accountability, Sharon challenges her clients to imagine what they really want and then allow it to happen. She’s a firm believer that this doesn’t have to be that hard.

Point Road Studios has provided Sharon the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse set of clients from global organizations like Procter and Gamble and Yale University to creative small businesses like Sanabria & Co. and StoryMine. What all of her clients share is a common goal. They are ready to set a clear and compelling vision. Lead from a place of intention. And act with a sense of alignment and purpose.

Sharon earned her Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation and is certified in several leadership assessments, including The Leadership Circle Profile, the Maturity Assessment Profile, and DISC. As part of designing her own self, she relocated in 2018 from her native Washington, DC to the Catskill Mountains north of New York City. There you will find her playing in the garden with her husband and 3 children, hiking with her two Boston Terriers, and considering how to live and lead a more sustainable and meaningful life.
