Obtaining your coach certification with the ICF shows potential clients your commitment to the coaching profession and builds your industry-wide credibility. We now know that 84% of clients value certification as a professional standard of quality assurance; certified coaches have higher income than non-certified coaches; and that clients who work with certified coaches report better satisfaction and are more likely to recommend their coach to others.

The focus of this workshop is to help you navigate through this credentialing process. It’s designed to help the participants to not only understand the ICF’s requirements and next steps to attain their credentials, but also to develop action steps to accelerate forward progress.

    • What is necessary to attain your ICF credential?
    • What practical steps must you take to move closer to getting your credential?
    • What are the differences between ACC, PCC, MCC?
    • Is it really necessary to work with a Mentor Coach? What are the requirements and how to best select one?
