    “Building a Sustainable Six-Figure Coaching Business”

    Join us for this highly interactive online class all about earning money, delivering value and letting your coaching business work for you. Guided by sales executive turned executive coach, Sharon Lipovsky, we will be exploring the building blocks of creating a sustainable six-figure coaching business.

    Join a community of peers to get clear on…

    • What matters most in your business

    • Your unique business objectives particularly around revenue and your bottom line

    • A plan for how to pursue a sustainable approach to making a great impact through coaching AND a great living as a coach

    Over the course of six 90-minute Learning Pow Wows, we will partner together to…

    1. Define a personal vision for how you want to make a great living as a coach, i.e., what do you REALLY want when it comes to your work as a coach?

    2. Explore different coaching business models to set a game plan for where you are headed and how to connect that to where you are today

    3. Create a dashboard of the metrics that matter

    4. Discover systems for scaling your work, e.g., tools for client, project, financial and sales management

    5. Determine what kind of support you need. What are your strengths and how will you leverage them? Where will you need support and who is on (or will be on) your team?

    6. Understand the sales lifecycle and where your biggest inflection point is

    7. A clear action plan for how to step forward from the class and keep the momentum going on your own

    Reflection prompts and worksheets will be shared to keep the learning going in between our live sessions. (All sessions will be recorded for convenience and replay ability.)

    During the 90-minute classes, there will be opportunities to focus on specific questions and challenges that individuals are facing as we work towards creating sustainable, six-figure coaching businesses. Guided by Sharon and the collective wisdom of our cohort, we will run straight towards any of the places we are feeling resistance and work to overcome those challenges together.

    This is a great course for anyone who is looking to make the leap from coaching as a side hustle or is ready to level up their existing coaching business. In short, if you ready to make more money doing work you love, this class is for you.

    Speaker’s Bio:

    Sharon Lipovsky founded Point Road Studios in 2012 on the belief that there is nothing stopping you from going after what you really want in your life and work. Her personal mission is to banish the world of limiting mindsets and empower you to both see what you want and understand that it is possible. She hosts the weekly podcast Design Yourself to spread this spirit far and wide. As part of designing her own self, Sharon recently relocated to upstate New York from Washington, D.C. where she is reimagining her own work and life. She’s in the process of renovating an old school building into her family home and enjoying the simplicity of living with her husband and three children in a small cottage in the woods.
