“Learn About the Value of Using Personality Assessments With Your Clients and
How It Can Improve Your Coaching Effectiveness”

  • Have you wondered whether to include an assessment in your work with clients?
  • Would you like to understand how to evaluate an assessment?
  • Would you like to test drive an assessment and see how it is used both on the individual level and group/team level?

Then join us for an informative evening to increase your knowledge of personality assessments and their uses hosted by Caliper Corporation.

Every successful coaching journey begins with a knowledge of self. By incorporating a personality assessment into your coaching process, you can help clients build a strong foundation of self-awareness and accelerate the coaching process at the same time.

We’ll begin by discussing what type of information you might get from a personality assessment, how to judge what is a reliable personality assessment and provide some examples of how coaches can use the information with their clients as part of the coaching engagement. We will also talk about best practices when using personality assessments with clients.

This will be followed by an interactive team exercise facilitated by two Caliper coaching experts. The facilitators will share how using a world class, research-based personality assessment tool helps a coach:

  • Deepen their understanding of a client,
  • Aids in targeting the coaching efforts in the most impactful ways, and
  • Improves their effectiveness as a coach.

When registering for this event, you will be provided with an opportunity to complete the Caliper Profile on a complimentary basis. The results of the personality assessment will be shared (anonymously) during an interactive exercise in a collaborative team format. A comprehensive report of your results will be confidentially delivered to you at the close of the event.

Once you register for the event, you will receive a separate email from Caliper Corp within 2 to 3 days with the assessment link. To receive your assessment results on May 3rd, you will need to complete the online assessment by April 29th. It takes approximately 60 minutes to take the assessment.

Space is limited, so register early.  We look forward to seeing you on May 3rd.
