About This Coach


With over 20 years as a professional coach, coaching isn’t just what Natalie Gahrmann does, it is who she is.  In 1997, with 10 years corporate experience as a Senior Manager at AT&T, Natalie left her corporate job with a voluntary package and soon afterwards began the pursuit of becoming a full-time professional coach.


Natalie is an internal executive, leadership and career coach while still holding a few spots in her private coaching business for individuals who are truly committed to achieving their greatest potential.


Through continuous learning and ongoing professional development, Natalie has created a hybrid approach uniquely her own that helps her clients see themselves with fresh eyes and renewed energy.
