Ken Jacobs is the principal of Jacobs Executive Coaching, which offers leadership coaching to corporate communications, public relations, marketing and advertising leaders, executives, and managers who want to achieve breakthrough results.
Ken is also the principal of Jacobs Communications Consulting, LLC, which helps public relations and communications agencies grow and manage business, improve client service and relationships, and enhance staff performance, communications, and leadership skills. It does so via executive coaching, training, and consulting.
Prior to launching his companies, Ken spent 25 years in management and leadership positions with Dudley-Anderson-Yutzy; Ogilvy & Mather Public Relations; Ogilvy, Adams & Rinehart; Marina Maher Communications; and Maloney & Fox.

Elias Scultori is a certified graduate of CoachU and a certified Myers-Briggs® practitioner. He has earned the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Elias has been a coach for over 10 years. His focus has been primarily on leadership and not-for-profit organizations. Today, he is a faculty member of two ICF accredited coaching schools – CoachU and Coaching4TodaysLeaders, where he works directly with the students and other beginner coaches as their Mentor Coach, guiding them through the process of ICF certification and supporting them into developing their practice and coaching skills.
Elias is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is a certified Health Coach by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. He is a member of the Pi Kappa Lambda society. Elias holds a Master’s Degree in Music from the Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ, and has over 26 years of professional experience working for non-profit organizations and churches in a leadership and mentoring position.
He is a professionally trained graphic designer, world traveler, and photographer. Elias is a committed meditator for more than 20 years in the insight meditation tradition. He is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and moved to the US more than 25 years ago. Today he lives in the New York City area with his partner Christopher.

Renée holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a BA from Drew University and has completed studies at the University of London, United Nations, the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and completed the Leadership Somerset Development program. She is a member of the board for the Hyacinth AIDS Foundation and has served as an interim foster family for a family in crisis. She resides in Bernardsville, NJ with her family.
