Andrea Harvey, President

Andrea Harvey brings over 25 years of experience working with leaders and leadership teams to increase their ability to engage, influence, align, and inspire their organizations. Through coaching and consulting, she helps executives and their teams develop insights and acquire skills to create alignment for business performance. Andrea helps senior leaders elevate their executive presence, measurably improving their effectiveness in inspiring and engaging their important stakeholders. Using proven leadership strategies, Andrea’s clients rapidly enhance their ability to align teams and key organizational partners around the business strategy.

Andrea is well known for her ability to develop trusted thought partnership relationships and generate leadership strategies that account for each leader’s strengths and circumstances. Andrea has partnered with senior executives of Fortune 500 companies across industries, including Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Management Consulting, Retail, Media and Communications, Academia, and Non Profit. Ken Jacobs, Secretary and Communications Director

Ken Jacobs is the principal of Jacobs Executive Coaching, which offers leadership coaching to corporate communications, public relations, marketing and advertising leaders, executives, and managers who want to achieve breakthrough results.

Ken is also the principal of Jacobs Communications Consulting, LLC, which helps public relations and communications agencies grow and manage business, improve client service and relationships, and enhance staff performance, communications, and leadership skills. It does so via executive coaching, training, and consulting.

Prior to launching his companies, Ken spent 25 years in management and leadership positions with Dudley-Anderson-Yutzy; Ogilvy & Mather Public Relations; Ogilvy, Adams & Rinehart; Marina Maher Communications; and Maloney & Fox.

Ken has been coaching since 2007, holds Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials from the International Coach Federation (ICF), of which he is a member, and is accredited as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC.)

Ken graduated with honors from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, with a dual B.S. in Public Relations and Speech Communications. He has been an adjunct at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies and the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Samita Loomba, Treasurer

Samita Loomba, owner of IngeniousYou, is a Leadership Coach, a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, and a co-author of The Coach’s Journey.

An immigrant from India, Samita has since witnessed personal, professional and organizational shifts of focus, turning challenge into opportunity by unlocking and leveraging unique abilities. Experience in client interface, analysis and management interaction make her orientation toward setting goals, forming plans, and effecting positive outcomes the hallmark of success. Her own life demonstrates that the mastery of leadership skills powerfully enhances productivity, happiness, health and balance. Coupled with her background as a consultant to CEOs, CIOs, senior vice presidents, and directors in both telecommunications and government, Samita is positioned on the cutting edge.

Manino, BrookeBrooke Manino, Technology Director

Brooke Manino is the founder and President of Advanced Leadership Performance Strategies, LLC, a coaching and leadership development practice focused on transforming individuals, small businesses, and leadership teams to achieve superior strategic business outcomes. Each program is customized to the special needs of the client, ranging from one-to-one coaching to overall strategic organizational design, as well as performance and change management.

Brooke brings extensive coaching experience from her corporate career to guide her clients through the ALPS Coaching program. This expertise, combined with her training at the FastTrack Coaching Academy, enables her to leverage strategies for excelling in leadership along with practical application of essential tools and techniques to help her clients achieve their desired success.

Lynn Schaber, Education & Professional Development Co-Director

Lynn Schaber is a Leadership and Executive coach who is passionate about “Helping You Reach Your Full Potential.” She believes that people know deep down inside that they have the potential to achieve more and are looking for ways to get from where they are…to where they want to be. Lynn’s coaching facilitates that shift.

The logo for Lynn’s company, Potential Within, is a pearl in a clam shell. A pearl is started from a grain of sand and is formed by continual change, incorporating and growing from what it encounters in its environment. The result is a treasured gem. As human beings, we are also transformed by our experiences and environment and we can learn to use these circumstances to bring out the potential within us.

Lynn coaches managers, executives, and teams both one-on-one and in group coaching situations. Her work with teams includes developing a stronger and more cohesive group focused on building greater trust and alignment which leads to higher performance.

Lynn has delivered presentations and workshops to groups on building leadership in organizations, effective communication strategies, stress management, strategic thinking, time management, and work/life balance.

Elias Scultori, Education & Professional Development Co-Director

Elias Scultori is a certified graduate of CoachU and a certified Myers-Briggs® practitioner. He has earned the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Elias has been a coach for over 10 years. His focus has been primarily on leadership and not-for-profit organizations. Today, he is a faculty member of two ICF accredited coaching schools – CoachU and Coaching4TodaysLeaders, where he works directly with the students and other beginner coaches as their Mentor Coach, guiding them through the process of ICF certification and supporting them into developing their practice and coaching skills.

Elias is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is a certified Health Coach by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. He is a member of the Pi Kappa Lambda society. Elias holds a Master’s Degree in Music from the Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ, and has over 26 years of professional experience working for non-profit organizations and churches in a leadership and mentoring position.

He is a professionally trained graphic designer, world traveler, and photographer. Elias is a committed meditator for more than 20 years in the insight meditation tradition. He is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and moved to the US more than 25 years ago. Today he lives in the New York City area with his partner Christopher.

Denise Yosafat, Community Groups Director

Denise Yosafat is an executive coach focused on helping leaders create stellar results – in their bottom line, in their business relationships, and in their careers. Her firm belief is that great companies start with the visionary, strategic, and day-to-day choices made by their leaders. She is passionate about helping executives focus, stretch, and accelerate their performance, deal with significant business changes and challenges, and build highly effective teams and organizations.

Denise started her career with Eli Lilly and then spent 13 years at Procter & Gamble, including three in Asia working with top level leadership. Working in Organization Effectiveness, she helped leaders understand, build, and develop the organizations and leadership skills needed for high business growth. After P&G, Denise has consulted and coached with a number of people and organizations in the pharmaceutical, automotive, financial, consumer products, as well as non profit arenas.

In addition to Executive Coaching and Team Development, Denise provides workshops on Executive Presence and Influence, Communicating Simply and Impactfully, and ‘The Power of CHOICE’ in shaping what we want and how to get there. The latter is based on a book she authored.

Supriya Desai, Sponsorship Director

Supriya Desai is a business leader and management consultant with 20+ years of experience in change and transformation, organizational development/effectiveness, leadership coaching and development, culture change, workshop design and facilitation, training design and delivery, strategy execution, quality management and Lean Six Sigma enterprise performance improvement. After a dynamic career in Big 4 management consulting and in-house change management, she founded and currently runs a leadership coaching, and change and transformation consulting firm, Desai Transformation LLC. Her work includes influencing senior leaders to understand and embrace the changes they seek, defining strategic initiatives, mobilizing and coaching teams, diagnosing barriers and developing creative solutions, and collaborating to achieve goals.

Supriya has shaped and led portfolios of change initiatives and complex enterprise-wide transformations and OD efforts for F500 companies and midsize growth firms. Companies she has worked with include AIG, PwC, EY, IBM, Travelport, RGP, United Bank, Pinnacle Foods, Bank of America, ServiceMaster, Dow Chemicals e-business, J&J, NASA, Army Corps of Engineers, Marriott International and Ritz Carlton Hotels. She has professional certifications in Leadership Coaching (via ICF), Change Leadership and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Supriya’s MBA is from The Darden Business School and her BS in Hospitality Administration is from Boston University. Outside the office, she is an enthusiastic volunteer with, and supporter of, organizations to advance women and provide at-risk children with emotional and life support.

Sarah Jack, Membership Director

Since 2011, Sarah Jack has been coaching leaders to achieve higher levels of success. Sarah brings together her real-world know how as a senior executive along with her education and expertise in psychology and coaching to deliver game-changing results. For over twenty years, Sarah Jack contributed to the success of many of the country’s favorite and most profitable media brands and, in the process, earned a strong reputation for her ability to develop talented and high-achieving professionals. Sarah has expanded her practice to include working with individuals on a “whole person” basis, including health and wellness. Sarah is a licensed MSW in New Jersey and New York and sees clients as a psychotherapist, as well.

Renee RobertsonReneé Robertson, Past President

Renée Robertson is the founder and CEO of Trilogy Development, a consulting and learning firm with a proven track record in designing and implementing human resources initiatives, internal coaching programs; sales force performance initiatives and talent development solutions. A veteran Fortune 500 executive, she has served as a trusted adviser and coach to many top business leaders.

Renée is a two-time winner of the International Coach Federation’s prestigious Prism Award, a recognition bestowed upon her for her innovative coaching programs at MCI and Verizon.  At Verizon, the program engaged more than six hundred leaders from all functional areas over a four-year period. It reinforced key training and change initiatives and was a critical component to succession planning. It was combined with key leadership development programs for female and ethnically diverse executives, managers, and top employees.

Renée holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a BA from Drew University and has completed studies at the University of London, United Nations, the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and completed the Leadership Somerset Development program. She is a member of the board for the Hyacinth AIDS Foundation and has served as an interim foster family for a family in crisis. She resides in Bernardsville, NJ with her family.
