Renée Robertson is the founder and CEO of Trilogy Development, a consulting and learning firm with a proven track record in designing and implementing human resources initiatives, internal coaching programs; sales force performance initiatives and talent development solutions. A veteran Fortune 500 executive, she has served as a trusted adviser and coach to many top business leaders.
Renée is a two-time winner of the International Coach Federation’s prestigious Prism Award, a recognition bestowed upon her for her innovative coaching programs at MCI and Verizon. At Verizon, the program engaged more than six hundred leaders from all functional areas over a four-year period. It reinforced key training and change initiatives and was a critical component to succession planning. It was combined with key leadership development programs for female and ethnically diverse executives, managers, and top employees.
Renée holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a BA from Drew University and has completed studies at the University of London, United Nations, the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and completed the Leadership Somerset Development program. She is a member of the board for the Hyacinth AIDS Foundation and has served as an interim foster family for a family in crisis. She resides in Bernardsville, NJ with her family.
Ken Jacobs is the principal of Jacobs Executive Coaching, which offers leadership coaching to corporate communications, public relations, marketing and advertising leaders, executives, and managers who want to achieve breakthrough results.
Ken is also the principal of Jacobs Communications Consulting, LLC, which helps public relations and communications agencies grow and manage business, improve client service and relationships, and enhance staff performance, communications, and leadership skills. It does so via executive coaching, training, and consulting.
Prior to launching his companies, Ken spent 25 years in management and leadership positions with Dudley-Anderson-Yutzy; Ogilvy & Mather Public Relations; Ogilvy, Adams & Rinehart; Marina Maher Communications; and Maloney & Fox.
Ken has been coaching since 2007, holds Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials from the International Coach Federation (ICF), of which he is a member, and is accredited as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC.)
Ken graduated with honors from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, with a dual B.S. in Public Relations and Speech Communications. He has been an adjunct at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies and the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Karen has 25 years of diverse experience in corporate leadership and executive management in the financial services, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing industries. Her experience includes designing and facilitating global talent development programs; strengthening leadership and team effectiveness; coaching executives new in the role to develop critical leadership skills, and assisting emerging high potential talent to integrate into the organization to assume broader responsibilities.
Karen holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Mount Holyoke College. She received her Evidence Based Coaching certificate from Fielding Graduate School and her advanced leadership training and development through various corporate university programs, including GE’s Crotonville, GrandMet/Pillsbury’s PDI’s Successful Leaders, and Prudential’s Excellence in Leadership.
